SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COST:

Flat rate shipping is $7.95 for all orders. For orders $100 or more, shipping is free. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to ship your order. Please allow approximately 3-7 days after your order ships to receive your order.

ORDER TRACKING:

Your order's tracking Information will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if the email isn't in your inbox. You can also download the SHOP app to track your package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please provide a secure address for your order. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us by emailing joycasualwear@gmail.com. We will review your situation and will do our best to send out a replacement order or issue a store credit if possible (up to $200).
