RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy everything you order, just as much as we've enjoyed designing our products for you. If, for any reason, your order doesn't work out as planned we have a 30-day return policy.
OUR 30 DAY POLICY:
- We have a 30-day return policy for all items that are not sale items.
- The 30-day return policy starts when you receive your package.
- In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way please email joycasualwear@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will sort out the error as soon as possible.
RETURN STANDARDS & CONDITIONS:
- We accept returns for both refunds and exchanges (Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and color but in different/same sizes). If your exchange request is unavailable due to lack of inventory, we will issue a refund instead.
- Returned items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc. will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will also not be accepted.
- All tags must be attached when you are returning or exchanging items.
RETURN LABELS:
- We are happy to provide returns and exchanges, but at this time we do not offer free return shipping labels, but you can use self-shipping through the carrier of your choice.
- If you are returning your entire order please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
- If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.
CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
- As stated earlier, sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
